You can make payments through the "Tamara" services available at Seen Travel Agency in Saudi Arabia via the website, call center, WhatsApp, and branches.

The minimum booking value is 1000 SAR, while the maximum depends on the customers credit record and the policies of the service provider.

All prices depend on availability at the time of booking.

Payment through "Tamara" services is available for all bookings, whether made through the website, visiting branches, or call centers. The same price restrictions will apply.

In case of non-confirmation of the booking, the paid amount will be refunded, but service fees will not be refunded if the customer cancels the booking.

In case of booking cancellation, the cancellation policies of the airlines and hotels will apply. The customer must still pay the remaining installments even after cancelling a non-refundable booking.

The customer cannot change the remaining payment amount.

The approval of payments made through "Tamara" services is at its sole discretion. Seen Travel Agency has no authority in case of rejection or error when using this service as a payment method.

The service fees for "Buy Now, Pay Later" cannot be refunded if the customer cancels the booking.

The "Buy Now, Pay Later" service fees will be refunded if the booking is not confirmed within 12 hours of the confirmation time.

In case of cancellation or modification, Tamara will process all payments made through it that are eligible for a refund. Seen Travel Agency will notify Tamara to refund the amount due to the customer.

Seen Travel Agency reserves the right to modify or cancel this program at its sole discretion.

Seen Travel Agency will not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, misuse, or unauthorized access related to Tamara payments or any action or decision made based on information related to using Tamara on Seen Travel Agency’s website.

A service fee will be applied to the total amount of your product.

The "Buy Now, Pay Later" services require a period of 14 to 21 days to process returns.
